BYOptimise sets cookies for one purpose: keeping you signed in. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not embed third-party trackers.

Because these cookies are strictly necessary to deliver a service you asked for, UK law (PECR) does not require us to ask for consent. That is why you are not shown a cookie banner — not an oversight.

Authentication cookies — set by Supabase, our authentication provider, when you sign in. They identify your session so the app knows who you are between page loads. They expire when your session ends or you sign out.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block our authentication cookies you will not be able to sign in, because there is no other way for the app to remember your session.

If we ever add analytics or any non-essential cookie, we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting it.
